FAQS for products
Are your products tested on animals? No, we only test on humans :) And all of them are willing to try the products!
Are your products suitable for vegans and vegetarians? The majority of our products are suitable for vegans and veggies. However, we do use beeswax in our Petitgrain and Bergamot Body Balm.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin? We do use essential oils in our products, some of which can irritate sensitive skin. We would recommend that the customer checks the label for any specific ingredients, and if they are still unsure, doing a patch test on a small area of your skin before using product properly. If it causes any redness, soreness, or discomfort, stop using the product immediately.
Are your products safe to use during pregnancy? Can your products be used during pregnancy? All the essential oils that we use in our products are suitable for expectant and nursing mothers. However, we do suggest you use with caution and stop using if you have any adverse reactions. Please do not use on the babies!
I have a nut allergy. Are your products safe to use? Yes, all of our products are suitable for nut allergy sufferers, as one of us is one. (It wouldn’t be fair if they couldn’t use our products, would it?!)
How long will your skincare products last? A majority of our products have a shelf life of 12 months. However, this may change from product to product depending on the changes to ingredients so please always check labels for information.
What kind of wax are the candles made from? All of our candles are made with 100% soy wax.
Where can I find a stockist? We have a growing number of stockists in Sheffield. At the moment you can find our candles and beauty products in Pom Living on Sharrow Vale Road and Moonko on Division Street in Sheffield. They can also be found in the BearHug boxes. Do you send samples? No, this is not a service we provide at the moment.
What are your delivery options? At present, we can only offer one delivery option and that is a standard delivery with Royal Mail. Products usually take 2-5 working days to arrive with the customer.
Can I track my order? Unfortunately, for now we cannot offer a tracked delivery option. However, we do plan to have a larger variety of delivery options as we grow as a brand.
Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel you order.
Can I return a product? We are always happy to assist with any returns. Please refer to our Returns page to learn more about our policies concerning these matters.
FAQ for retreats
Do I have to have tried yoga before I come to a retreat? No, not at all. The both the yoga sessions that Mandy will be doing is suitable for beginners. Come join!
Will I need to bring my own yoga equipment? All you need to bring is a blanket. If this looks like it could be difficult, let us know and we can supply one for you.
If I have food requirements, how do I make sure that you can cater to them? When booking the retreat, you will have the option to state any dietary requirements. However, if you forgot, please let us know as soon as possible and we can make a note of it.
When will I know which room I have been allocated? As soon as you send the booking form and we receive your payment, we will send you the details of the room allocated to you.
